Usage

 

Right-clicking a SWEM Horse with any desensitization item in hand will frighten the horse. After this has been repeated enough, the horse will no longer fear the item. Using the item on a SWEM Horse improves its affinity.

In order for the Desensitization Items to be most effective, right clicking three times with one item, 3 days in a row will yield the affinity boost for that item. It will never improve with that item again.
