Server Config

The SWEM Server config, can be two places. 
- If it's a singleplayer world it can be found here: .minecraft/saves/world_name/serverconfig/swem-server.toml
- If it is a multiplayer server, it can be found here: <server root>/<world name>/serverconfig/swem-server.toml
