Usage

Saddles are used to ride tamed horsesSWEM Horses., but the horse must also have a bridle on to be controlled and the saddle will fall off without a girth strap. Before a saddle can be placed on a horse, the horse must have a saddle blanket on. A saddle is placed on a horse by right-clicking with the saddleSaddle in hand, or by opening the horse's inventory and placing it in the saddleSaddle inventory slot. You can switch a saddle by shift-right clicking the horse with a different saddle in hand than the one present on its back.
