Obtaining

CraftingPasture Gate (Horse) is a 2 block wide version, and Pasture Gate (Care) is a 3 block wide version of the pasture gate.

Usage

The player and most mobs are unable to jump over gates. However, they can be opened like doors. They can be placed by clicking on the corner of a block where you want the door hinge to be.

Known Issue

    [Compatibility] Multiple block items such as pasture gates, stall doors and jumps can have many issues when used with WorldEdit. Copy and pasting builds including these blocks can present problems, but usually small issues such as the doors pasting wrong or being incomplete and needing to be replaced. However, schematics can become completely corrupted when taken with these multiblock items in the selection. It is highly unadvisable to do so, especially if taking a schematic and then erasing the build. Always take a backup of save files that are valuable to you. [Uncommon] Gates will not place because they think they are being obstructed. To circumvent this issue, fill the entire space (2x2 or 2x3 depending on the gate type) you're trying to place the door in with any block, then delete it and try placing the gate again.
