Crafting

You can use any type of (vanilla) wood planks when crafting a Pasture Gate.

Usage

The player and most mobs are unable to jump over gates. However, they can be opened like doors. They can be placed by clicking on the corner of a block where you want the door hinge to be.

Known Issue

    [Uncommon] Gates will not place because they think they are being obstructed. To circumvent this issue, fill the entire space (2x2 or 2x3 depending on the gate type) you're trying to place the door in with any block, then delete it and try placing the gate again.
