Horse Poop

Description: Horse poop comes in two forms; horse poop and pile of horse poop. It is produced sporadically by SWEM Horses can be used to create compost.

Obtaining

SWEM Horses
SWEM Horses sporadically create horse poop nearby. Left-click a pile of horse poop to break it and yield a pile of horse poop. Horse poop can also drop a pile of horse poop if stepped on by a SWEM Horses - if not picked up this will despawn as normal. When a horse remains in a small area for a period of time (standing still or hitched) it is possible for horse poop to stack, meaning it will take multiple hits to break and pick up all the poop.

Horse poop is an entity rather than an item, which is why it can be seen named 'Horse Poop' on minimaps. This is a useful feature for finding them in large pastures or amongst tall grass.

Once broken the pile of horse poop is just an item, it cannot be placed down again and must be stored or added to the wheelbarrow.

Config
Poop tick rates (how often a horse poops) can be altered or disabled entirely in server configs. 

Usage

Right-click a wheelbarrow with a pile of horse poop in hand to add it to the wheelbarrow. As more of these are added, the wheelbarrow will visually fill up. Once 8 pieces have been placed in the wheelbarrow, the contents will disappear and 1 Compost will be dropped.  

Known Issues

  • [-] Horse poop is broken almost 100% of the time when stepped on by a SWEM horse and quickly despawns if not picked up - there is often very little to clear up.
