Flight Feather
Introduction
Flight feather gives a burst of vertical propulsion to the user.
Crafting
Horse Armor is not consumed, but each item can only be sheared once for a flight feather.
Usage
Flight feathers are intended to be used alongside Amethyst Riding Boots to negate fall damage!
Right Click with a flight feather in hand to be launched up 11 blocks into the air.
Cooldown
TBC Feathers have a 15 second cooldown after use, shown as a green progress bar.
Durability
Feathers have 40 total uses. At 0 the item is destroyed.

Benefits
- Climb difficult terrain such as sheer cliff faces or mountains.
- Escape from large holes in terrain or caves.
- Explore multi-level structures like Mineshafts.
- Quickly escape hostile mobs by leaping over or on to obstacles.
Unbreaking
Unbreaking may extend the lifespan (durability) of a feather by reducing or negating the durability lost on use.
Enchanting
TBC Flight Feathers can be enchanted in an enchanting table, or combined in an anvil with mending or unbreaking.
Repair
Flight Feathers can be repaired using:
- Shining Amethyst Shard (Anvil) TBC
- Mending Enchantment
