Basics - Horses

Find horses naturally spawning in many biomes (if enabled), convert a vanilla horse or summon one via commands.
Tame horses just like you would any Minecraft horse or donkey, but watch out for bucking!
Craft and equip tack in the correct order (bridle, blanket, saddle, girth) to steer the horse when riding.
Use 
H to increase your gait (speed), and 
G to decrease.
Craft and equip horse armor to unlock special perks and protections for adventures.
Ride, jump and care for your horse to increase skills for better stats and less refusals.
Heal your horse using TBC.
